Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to enter or gamble at our casino.  Casino services and promotions are not open to persons younger than the age of twenty-one (21) and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons.  We reserve the right to verify age at any time for any reason and may decline to provide services or promotions to any person who does not have valid age identification.


We reserve the right to verify a customer’s identity and other personal information as we determine necessary to comply with various laws and regulations.  


We use surveillance systems to monitor all gaming areas and other public or sensitive areas of our casino. Video surveillance cameras are used for security purposes and to protect us, our customers and employees against potential violations of criminal or civil laws.  Surveillance camera output is monitored by our employees and may be viewed by law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

At our cashier cage, we utilize both audio and video monitoring and recording to protect us, our customers and employees against potential violations of criminal or civil laws and to investigate and resolve any transactional disputes or discrepancies. 


Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, customers have the right to “opt out” of having their personal information shared with non-affiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  We DO NOT sell, rent or share our customer’s personal information with non-affiliated third parties for direct marketing purposes.


We utilize server, database, backup, firewall and encryption technologies to secure information maintained in electronic form (See “Online Privacy Policy, B – Online Security” below).  For information maintained in paper form, we keep that information secured in our cashier cage area with access limited to staff who require access to such information in the course of their duties.



Over time, it may be necessary to modify or supplement our Privacy Policy.  When we make changes, we will post the changes to our Site and show the effective date on the policy. The amended Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting on the Site. We encourage you to visit our Site from time to time to review our Privacy Policy in the event it has changed.

Your continued provision of information to us or use of our Site following the posting of changes to our Privacy Policy means that you accept the changes and our use of your Personal Information in accordance with the revised Privacy Policy.

Additionally, in relation to our online Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to amend, modify, update and change any of the terms and conditions of our online Privacy Policy from time to time and you may be required to accept such changes to the Privacy Policy to continue using the online services and products.

If you no longer have a customer relationship with us, we will continue to follow our Privacy Policy, but you will not receive annual email notices from us in the future.
